Apple Home Healthcare’s clinicians are available in eleven counties 24 hours a day, seven days a week; which means we are able to admit patients evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physicians may refer patients to home care upon discharge from an acute or intermediate care facility. You may also refer a patient to home care in lieu of hospitalization.

Insurance Coverage

We will work closely with your patient and their insurance agency to identify their individual coverage. Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance cover most home healthcare services.
