As a licensed NHA, our owner/administrator managed SNF's for 14 years prior to beginning Apple in 1994. Multi-disciplinary fall prevention is perhaps our most successful program in this regard, but we also offer family and resident education programs, group exercise and health fairs.

We will facilitate relationship building between your facility and local hospital staff and physicians, and help you negotiate the fine line between an increasingly complex regulatory environment, HIPAA, and your need to be kept informed of the care provided to your residents. We will communicate what we are doing and why, either through HIPAA compliant shared care plans, conferencing, or a mechanism of your choosing.
